First of all I love this product, I went through 5 or 6 bottles of the UV Clear before switching to UV Daily when I moved to a colder climate, now I’m on my fourth bottle of that. Cosmetically elegant, moisturizing, reliable. Love.

However, when I got my most recent bottle, nothing would come out of the pump. After many attempts, I contacted support (and included the lot number on the bottle) and they gave me the following tips, which worked for me:

- With the cap cover in place over the pump, invert the container upside down and tap firmly 8-10 times. (This will force the liquid up into the actuator and create a vacuum).

- Return the container to its upright position.

- Remove the cap, and with the nozzle away from your face, press the pump to dispense the product into your hand. It may take several pumps to completely prime the pump to allow the actuator to deliver product.

- If pump continues to fail, try steps 1 through 3 again, but tapping slightly harder to force the liquid into the actuator
